The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be Dubai, UAE. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site, without notice, for any violation of these Terms of Use.

12. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond the Company's reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargos, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, or pandemics.
